Long Distance Teleport, a new power in City of Heroes, lets players travel to the zone of their choice.  In the example, the player is in Praetoria and thus can only travel to those zones.  Long Distance Teleport requires 2 abilities from the Teleport tree before it can be purchased.  The earliest it can be acquired is level 14. Using Long Distance Teleport will take the user to the travel center in the zone chosen, like a ferry, Cole train, etc.
