11. Favorite song from the soundtracks
“Love Scene” from Dragon Age 2. I really do enjoy most of the music from both games, but that one is my favorite. Of course, anything that reminds me of Alistair would work, too.
10. Favorite party banter
DA:O
Alistair: Why are you smiling like that? You look suspiciously like the cat who swallowed the pigeon.
Wynne: Canary.
Alistair: What?
Wynne: I look like the cat that swallowed the canary.
Alistair: I once had a very large cat, but that’s not my point. My point is why are you smirking?
Wynne: (Chuckles) You were watching her. With great interest, I might add. In fact, I believe you were…enraptured.
Alistair: She’s our leader. I look to her for guidance.
Wynne: Oh, I see. So what guidance did you find in those swaying hips hmm?
Alistair: No no no, I wasn’t looking at…you know her…hind-quarters
Wynne: Certainly.
Alistair: I gazed…glanced, in that direction, maybe, but I wasn’t staring…or really seeing anything even.
Wynne: Of course.
Alistair: I hate you. You’re a bad person.

Anders: I can’t imagine what Hawke sees in you.
Fenris: It is done. Leave it be.
Anders: Well, good. I always knew she/he had some sense.
Fenris: Do not make light of this. Leaving was the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
Isabela: Oh, will you two get over yourselves? You’re like two dogs around a bitch in heat.
Fenris: We were talking about Hawke. Not you.
My husband thinks Alistair sounds like Ricky Gervais.

3. Least favorite character
SPOILER, DA:O. Okay, okay… it’ll save our lives, but damn… do you have to be such a bitch about it. The quote on the image is why the dark ritual upsets me so much.
She was supposed to be my friend, why does she have to be such a major league bitch about my future husband liking her downtown?
There’s that and she just kind of annoys me. I wanted to like her but I just couldn’t. Maybe my love for Alistair clouds that or maybe I’m projecting because I’m a little bit like Morrigan (so says my actual husband).
I know there’s plenty of non-companions to hate on… Howe, Dougal, Isolde, every Revered Mother ever… but Morrigan enrages me the most so here she is.
2. Favorite character
Shale. Shale is a little like Lily from Fallout: New Vegas. If you combined them, they would be my grandmother. I fucking love my grandma. Fighting alongside her against the blight would be awesome. Not to mention, I’m pretty sure my grandma hate birds. I don’t think she wants them all murdered though.
Question on importing DA to DA2
I hear bad things about importing from DA:O to DA2. I’m on Xbox 360 and don’t want to start a new game without my fancy new import. However, the Plot Summary is missing some stuff that feels like it should be on there. For example, my romance isn’t there.
Does anyone know if your romance shows up on the Plot Summary when you go to import a Dragon Age: Origins save to Dragon Age 2?
I just beat Dragon Age: Origins for the first time tonight
…I loved it. I did. But I’m very crazy. Insane, some would say. It bothers me to no end that I had to have my Alistair sleep with Morrigan. I want to murderisize her extremely bad now.
I’m pleased with the whole getting married bit (and, you know, living). I’m pleased that he seemed disgusted with the idea. But I’ve never yelled the C-word at my TV before. It enrages me so much that I can’t be happy about my victory until I know…
… will I get to murder her in Witch Hunt?
