Frustrated, Upset, and Unjustly Accused

I don’t use this Tumblr for advertising my gaming blog. That’s not why it was created. 

However, I’m extremely upset, and I’d like to share my reasons with as many people as possible.

Heads up if you play SWTOR, you could be next.

SWTOR & My Unexplained Ban: A Cautionary Tale

SWTOR customer service is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.  Given that my issue was NOT this paramount I still quit because of it.  I can’t imagine staying if this isn’t rectified.

The only way to fight such a thing is to leave and never sub again, but that’s easier said than done.  These games have us over a barrel.  That’s the only Star Wars MMO like that in the market (Clone Wars =/= SWTOR).  Either you pay them and deal with the abuse or you completely shut yourself off from any progress, friends/family playing, and enjoyment of the game. 

You are a paying customer and you deserve better.  If a company can’t see that, then your money should be placed elsewhere.  I truly believe that, but I hope you get that overturned instead!
